BROKER -
If you are interested in becoming a Broker, you must meet the following criteria. In order to qualify as a Broker, you must refer at least five (5) projects to us annually. You can refer clients directly to us or process their submission for them, but you are NOT allowed to up-charge the client. You will receive a 10% commission from us. If you complete these requirements you will qualify as a Broker with us. However, if you do not meet these conditions, you can either be an Affiliate or client. We reserve the exclusive right to revoke Broker privileges for any reason at any time.
AFFILIATE -
If you are interested in becoming an Affiliate you must meet the following criteria. In order to qualify as an Affiliate, you must set-up your own website and/or market our services under your business infrastructure. When reselling our services, you can up-charge the client with your own prices. You are responsible for all transactions with the client(s). We will facilitate the work and forward you the weekly reports. You will NOT receive any additional commissions from us as that will be considered "double dipping". As an Affiliate you are NOT limited to a minimum number of projects and are free to charge whatever you wish above our rates. If you complete these conditions you will qualify as an Affiliate with us. However, if you do not meet these conditions, you can either be a Broker or client. We reserve the exclusive right to revoke Affiliate privileges for any reason at any time.
